Sector specialism!! What does that mean??

“Restricted search targets”.

By definition, a sector specific consultancy or consultancy division must work with a significant number of businesses within that sector otherwise it cannot be a specialist. That being the case any new search within that sector is restricted as it would be unprofessional or “off-limits” for that consultancy or consultancy division to search within a client business.

Hicks Kimber Mears is not sector specific but there are few if any sectors into which we have not gained experience and few if any disciplines into which we have not searched. We prefer to develop long term relationships with one or two global groups within a sector which gives us unrestricted sector access throughout a search process. In addition, we have unrivalled expertise within our own business network and are able to boast of over 100 years of relevant global experience amongst our founders.

So what does that mean?

It means that at Hicks Kimber Mears we have few if any sector target restrictions and are then able to FIT the very best top of class executives to our clients’ DNA enabling position enhancement and longevity as well as bottom line growth.
