Graham Hicks

Graham was born in South London and graduated in Biochemistry. His early career was within medical research, local government and public health before moving into the office technology sector with Rank Xerox. Prior to becoming an Executive recruiter with a leading global search consultancy in 1988, Graham spent several years in a number of blue chip plc’s within the high-tech and telecoms sectors at Senior Executive level. As an Executive recruiter, Mentor and Human Resource Consultant, Graham has developed a blue-chip worldwide client portfolio. His sector expertise is broad and includes medical, public heath, government, state/semi-state, IT, financial services, telecoms, engineering, aerospace and FMCG coupled with extensive experience of recruiting at Board – both executive and non-executive – and interim and middle management levels across Europe and the rest of the world.
